Album Meme.

Redneck Diva planted a meme. It grew on Sam’s Stories. It dropped dapples of sunshine on my morning.

Enjoy.

“Depend on the Weather”, by Crestron Electronics.

Don’t look for music from Crestron Electronics - they do international business and stuff like that. Crestron Electronics is a company that manufacturers high-end systems for home automation and audio/video control. A stand-up company. This is a meme. Random stuff. Their company name fell out of my hat. But do look at klocean’s pictures on Flickr. They rock.

I love this picture of ‘Naptime for Dusty‘, posted by klocean on Flickr.

We don’t hear ‘Family Values’ from Clinton, do we?

Saturday, January 12th, 2008

I haven’t liked Hilary Clinton as a public figure, since she was shown to know about Bill’s extramarital conduct with other women, since she was shown to illegally posses confidential FBI files that were surrendered a day or so after the statue of limitations for prosecution lapsed. Since the former 1st lady of Arkansas moved to New York to get elected to the US Senate, not to serve the people that elected her, but as a run-up for a Presidential campaign in her own name.

This lady is a user.

Note that the ‘correct’ address enforced on the press is ‘Senator Clinton’, or ‘Clinton’. It seems she is *ashamed* to be considered a wife, a mother, a ‘Mrs. Clinton’.

My own feeling is that the US is certainly ready for a woman president. But not Hilary. Not the woman that stands by a husband that won’t act like a husband except in front of the camera. A woman that abuses those assigned to keep her safe - guards, Arkansas State Police, US Secret Service - this lady is High Caste and has no use or tolerance for peons - the rest of us, in case you wondered who she thinks is a peon. I consider her a shyster lawyer, an elitist pseudo-intellectual snob, a user.

And a woman that is ashamed to take on traditional family values, like demonstrating character for her child, taking on a shared, married identity as most marriage vows establish.

I am sure that Senator Clinton is not holding her breath that I will vote for her, we both understand that is unlikely.

If we as a nation put a woman in the White House, I hope and pray that that woman will have as solid a credentials for character and parenting as most of the men we have put in that position.
